Extra Sauce LLC (“Extra Sauce,” “we,” “us”) respects intellectual property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). If you believe material on shopextrasauce.com infringes your copyright, please submit a notice as described below. We respond promptly to valid notices and may remove or disable access to the material.
1) How to submit a DMCA Notice
Send your notice by email (preferred) or mail and include every item required by §512(c)(3):
- Signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent (electronic ok).
- Identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
- Identify the infringing material and provide specific URL(s) so we can locate it.
- Your contact info: full name, mailing address, phone, and email.
- Good-faith statement: that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy/perjury statement: that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
We will notify the poster/seller of the claim and remove or restrict access as appropriate.

2) Counter-Notification (if your content was removed)
If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identify the material that was removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, phone, and email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district where you reside; if you reside outside the U.S., you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming, and you will accept service of process from the person who filed the DMCA Notice or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original complainant notifies us that they’ve filed a court action within 10 business days.
3) Repeat Infringers
In accordance with §512, we may terminate accounts or selling privileges of users determined to be repeat infringers and may remove listings that repeatedly trigger credible IP complaints.
4) Trademark Complaints (Non-DMCA)

with your contact details, the mark(s) at issue, registration number(s) (if any), jurisdiction, and the exact URL(s). We will review promptly.
5) Important Notes
- Submissions are not confidential; we routinely forward notices (including your contact info) to the user who posted the material.
- Do not misuse the DMCA. Submitting false claims may expose you to liability for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees under §512(f).
- We may use reputable services (e.g., counsel or notice repositories) to process, log, or publish notices (redacted as appropriate).
