Extra Sauce is made-to-order/print-on-demand. We produce your piece after you purchase—no warehouse stock.

Typical processing time is 1–3 business days, then we hand off to the carrier.
Email orders@shopextrasauce.com within 24 hours of purchase. If production/fulfillment has started, changes/cancellations may not be possible.
If both orders haven’t entered production, email orders@shopextrasauce.com ASAP. We’ll try, but can’t guarantee once production starts.
One address per order. Place separate orders if you need different destinations.
Email orders@shopextrasauce.com within 24 hours. If the order has shipped, the carrier may not allow changes.
Add your note at checkout—we’ll include it on the packing slip (prices hidden on request).

Simple flat formula: $5.18 for the first item + $2.00 for each additional item in the same order. Orders $100+ (USD) ship free (standard U.S. shipping).

Scans can lag 24–48 hours. If there’s no movement after 3 business days, email support@shopextrasauce.com with your order number.

Yes—Standard U.S. service supports most PO Boxes and APO/FPO. Transit times may be longer.

Payments & “Buy Now, Pay Later”
Major debit/credit cards, plus “Pay in 4” with Klarna or Afterpay (subject to approval). Card details are processed securely by our payment partners; we don’t store full card numbers.

Pay 25% today, then three more payments every 2 weeks—interest-free when paid on time (late fees may apply; eligibility is determined by the provider).

Approval decisions are made by the provider (not Extra Sauce) and can vary by order amount, history, and other factors. Try a smaller cart or another payment method.

After we process your refund, the provider updates your plan; banks typically post within 3–10 business days.
Where required by law, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
Because everything is made to order, all sales are final. If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, email support@shopextrasauce.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund/store credit per our policy.
We don’t offer traditional exchanges. If your issue qualifies and your claim is approved, we’ll replace the same item or provide a refund/store credit.
If we ask you to send an item back for a verified defect/damage claim, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Please do not send items back without authorization.
Printing errors, obvious damage, or the wrong item/size/color from the order. Minor color variance due to screens/printing isn’t considered a defect.
Sizing & Product Details
Use the Size Guide on each product page. Still unsure? Email support@shopextrasauce.com with your height, weight, and preferred fit (relaxed vs. true-to-size) and we’ll help.
Generally: wash cold inside-out, gentle cycle; tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print.
Minor shrinkage is normal with heat. To minimize, wash cold and hang dry.
Some drops are limited and won’t restock; others may return. Use “Notify Me” on the product page when available.

Do I need an account to buy or track?
No—guest checkout is available. You’ll receive tracking by email. An account makes future checkout faster and shows order history.
