OVERVIEW

Extra Sauce is a print-on-demand, made-to-order streetwear brand. Every piece is produced specifically for you, so we cannot resell returns.
Accordingly, all sales are final except for approved claims involving defective, misprinted, or damaged items (details below).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size / change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong design or color
  • Minor variations in color or print placement due to the production process

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we’ll make it right. You have 14 days from delivery to report an issue for review (replacement, refund, or store credit).

How do I report a problem (defect/damage/misprint)?

Email support@shopextrasauce.com
with subject line:
“Order Issue – #[Your Order Number]”

Include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of:

    • the item and the defect/damage

    • the packing slip

    • the outer packaging/label (if there’s shipping damage)

Don’t send anything back until we authorize it. Unapproved returns aren’t processed.

What outcome can I expect if my claim is approved?

If we confirm a defect/misprint/damage, we will:

  • Send a replacement of the same product (same design, color, size) at no cost, or
  • Provide a refund or store credit based on the amount you actually paid (after discounts and promotions), including original shipping where applicable.

If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for approved claims so you are not responsible for return shipping.

BNPL (Klarna/Afterpay): If a refund is approved, your plan is adjusted/cancelled by the provider; paid amounts are returned per their timelines.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer traditional exchanges (size, color, design) because everything is made to order. If your approved claim involves a defect/misprint/damage, we’ll replace the same item or offer a refund/store credit as above. To switch to a different size/design, please place a new order.

If we authorize a return, what condition is required?
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed (trying on is fine).
  • Items should be in original condition; tags (if any) intact.
  • Items showing heavy wear, washing, or damage unrelated to production/shipping may be denied and, if sent without approval, returned to you at your expense.
After 14 days

Our defect/damage window is 14 days from delivery. If it’s been longer, you can still email support@shopextrasauce.com; we’ll review case-by-case, but approval is not guaranteed outside the window.

In-person or retail purchases

Extra Sauce currently sells online only at shopextrasauce.com. If we host pop-ups or retail events, any separate in-person return terms will be posted at those locations.

Discount codes & promotions

Refunds/store credit on approved claims are based on the discounted amount paid, not the pre-discount price.
Promo codes themselves aren’t refundable, transferable, or reissued unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
