All products on shopextrasauce.com are made to order, which means each piece is produced after you place your order. Shipping times include both processing and transit time.
How long will it take for my package to get to me?
Your total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

At this time, Extra Sauce ships to U.S. addresses only.
1. Shipping Charges
Standard U.S. Shipping (per order) We keep it simple and transparent:
Graphic Tees: $5.18 for the first tee + $2.00 for each additional tee (Formula: 5.18 + (2.00 × (tee_qty − 1)))
Graphic Hoodies: $8.50 for the first hoodie + $2.00 for each additional hoodie (Formula: 8.50 + (2.00 × (hoodie_qty − 1)))
Mixed carts: We calculate shipping per product type (tees and hoodies) and sum the totals at checkout.
Free Shipping Orders $100+ USD (before tax, after discounts) qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment for shipping is collected with your order and is the final shipping cost charged for that shipment.
2. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Use this link to follow your package based on the latest updates from the carrier. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
3. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
If the courier is still present, you may refuse the delivery and ask them to note the damage.
If you discover the damage after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
For any damage, defects, or misprints, email support@shopextrasauce.com within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged/defective item and the outer packaging/label (if applicable)
We’ll review your case and, if approved in line with our Return & Refund Policy, we will:
Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
Provide a refund or store credit, including the original shipping cost where applicable.
If we ask you to send the item back, we’ll provide a prepaid return label so you are not responsible for return shipping on approved defect/damage claims.
4. Cancellations
Because all items are made to order, production usually begins soon after your order is placed.
If you need to cancel or change your order, email orders@shopextrasauce.com within 24 hours of placing it.
If production or fulfillment has already started, we may not be able to cancel, and our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
5. Lost Packages & Insurance
Parcels are typically insured by the carrier up to the value stated by the courier.
5.1 Parcels damaged in transit We will process a replacement or refund once:
You’ve provided the required photos/details; and
The carrier and/or our fulfillment partner has completed their review and confirmed the damage.
5.2 Parcels lost in transit If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the carrier declares the parcel lost, we will process a replacement or refund once the carrier’s investigation confirms the loss.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:
